Daniel Farnsworth spent almost five years at Deloitte working alongside Army, Navy, and FEMA on some of their most complex digital transformation challenges. That work shaped a simple approach to consulting: show up prepared, understand the mission, and build things that work for the people on the ground, not just on paper.

At Deloitte, Daniel led a digital literacy campaign that reached 30,000+ Army end-users, managed compliance and identity governance work for Army and Navy clients, and supported a FEMA invoice reconciliation that surfaced over $2M in fraudulent reporting. Across $50M+ in DoD contract work, he built roadmaps, ran stakeholder workshops, standardized SOPs, and mentored eight junior consultants, all eight were promoted.

Since then, Daniel founded Farnsworth Strategy Consulting and took on a startup management role building a B2B wholesale division from the ground up. Both have kept him sharp on the gap between strategy and execution, and reinforced that good consulting means doing both well.

His background spans GEOINT, GIS, program management, and compliance work, backed by an active Secret clearance and a genuine interest in mission-driven organizations. He works comfortably with both technical teams and senior leadership, and tends to be the one asking the clarifying question everyone else was thinking.

Outside of work, he stays grounded through keeping his wife happy, backpacking, weight training, snowboarding, and a long-running Dungeons & Dragons campaign that has, somewhat unexpectedly, taught him a few things about managing stakeholders.
